HOW TO CREATE PERSONAL WEBSITE You can make a personal website of your e-Card so people do not see “artistecard.com” association, but only your artist name. In order to start a website, your need to have/buy a domain name. Then log into your Domain’s Control Panel and type your artist URL from the e-Card (www.artistecard.com/yourname) into the “Forward” section. |

BIO To add your bio, you need to click on “Add/Edit” at the top of the page, and paste your bio. To upload bio picture, click on Browse, pick picture that you like (Recommended Photo size: 414x377) and hit “Update” button. You will be redirected to a page that will allow you to crop your picture if you have different picture size, just drag and the square to match how you want your image cropped, zoom in or out to match size that you like and hit crop. |

PHOTO To upload photos, click on “Add Photo” at the top of the page. Click on “Browse,” and choose your file, and type in the “Description” (optional). Finally, click on “Create” to complete the process. Aslo, no space between words |

VIDEO To upload the video, type in the “Title,” and upload the video file by clicking “Browse.” The video must be in FLV format only (Recommended Size: 626x346 and no more than 50 MB file). If you do not have this version, please click on the link to download the free trial, and convert your video. Thumbnail is the picture people will see before they click on the video. Thumbnail must be saved in JPG format only, and we recommend that the size be in 139 X 77 for best results. Type in the “Small Description” section that will appear by the Thumbnail picture, and “Full Description.”Finally, click on “Create” to complete the process. |

MUSIC To upload music, click on “Add Track” at the top of the page. Fill out “Artist” name, “Track” name, and upload the file by clicking “Browse.” Music format MP3 only, and each file cannot exceed 10 Mb. Fill in how long the track lasts in “Duration” (numbers only; e.g. 3:07). Finally, click on “Create” to complete the process. Aslo, NO SPACES IN FILE NAME |

BLOG To upload your blog, click on “Add/Edit.” You will be linking your blog from another site onto the e-Card. The link should start with http:// for example (http://www.myspace.com/romilovel). Click on “Update.” |

SHOWS To upload show, you need to click on “Add Evet” at the top of the page, Set Up event date and Time, type Venue name and Location. You can also add link to sell ticket is you have one. Finally, click on “Create” to complete the process. |

LOGO & BACKGROUNDS Format of the logo must be in PMG format only with a transparent background. Size: 300 X 38 Or generate your logo: Click on “Or Generate your logo”, input name that you want to use, pick background color, font color, font size, font style and click “Generate Logo”, you will be redirected to a page with available logos, chose one that you like and you just created yourself a logo. If you don't have a clue, please send us an email (support@artistecard.com) and we will convert your logo. This is for paying members only! You may upload up to 3 custom made backgrounds. File Dimensions: 1280 x 960. Format: JPG and GIF only (RGB color) |

CONTACT To upload your contact information, click on “Add/Edit,” and fill out the information. Provide your email at the bottom so people can send you an email directly from the e-Card. Click on “Update.” |

BILLING Free trial is 15 days. If you would like to continue, you need to subscribe for a package (through PayPal). We have three different price packages: Regular, Promo, and Professional. However, you can change packages at any time. If you don't want to use PayPal subscription, let us know we will send you Direct Invoice . You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your PayPal account or by sending request to us.
